General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all transactions on the Brassty website. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts the conditions outlined below.
Purpose
This contract defines the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of the sale of products offered by Brassty through its online store.
Definitions
- Distance Contract: a contract between Brassty and a consumer within a remote selling system organized exclusively via the website.
- Consumer: any individual acting for purposes outside of their professional activity.
- Order Form: a document listing the products ordered by the consumer.
- Order: the act of the consumer committing to purchase products from Brassty.
Products
All products are sold while supplies last. Brassty reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without prior notice.
Placing an Order
Click on “Order” to add the product to the order form, which can be modified at any time. Confirm your order by clicking on “Pay”.
Prices
Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), excluding taxes. VAT is calculated based on the applicable rate at the time of order.
Order Fulfillment
Order fulfillment time varies depending on the product category. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
Delivery
Delivery is provided by DHL and FedEx and is free for all orders. Items are dispatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring encrypted and fraud-protected transactions. We accept major credit cards and alternative payment methods where available.
Data Confidentiality
The information collected is treated confidentially and is necessary for order processing.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has 7 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging for a refund.
Warranty
Our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, contact us at contact@brassty.com with photos and details. Warranty claims are subject to verification. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the defect is confirmed. The warranty excludes damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
Proof of Transactions
All payment transactions on Brassty are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring encrypted and fraud-protected payments. The data recorded by Stripe serves as the official proof of transactions between Brassty and the consumer. In case of any disputes, Stripe's transaction records will be used as the primary reference.
Force Majeure
Brassty is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier shortages, transport disruptions, or regulatory changes.
