Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
We offer shipping to customers worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. All orders include tracking information, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor your package.

Processing times vary depending on the product category:

  • Faucets, Shower Heads, Accessories: 1-2 business days
  • Shower Systems: 2-5 business days
  • Sinks: 3-8 business days
  • Bathtubs: 15-25 business days
  • Custom Orders: Processing time depends on the complexity of the customization requested.

If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

  • USA & Canada: 3-8 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@brassty.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide detailed instructions for returning your item.

  • Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts. Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer cash or check refunds.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
