You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts and documentation.

Pack the item securely and send it using a traceable shipping service.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including an unsuitable size or finish. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Brassty covers return shipping for damaged or defective items.
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection, using your original payment method. Your payment provider may take an additional 1–5 business days.

Contact us within 24 hours to request cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled once fulfillment or manufacturing has begun.
If a return is not possible and the product does not suit you, contact us. We may be able to offer a suitable alternative at a special price, assessed individually.
