When will my order arrive?

Processing and transit times are separate. Most orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, depending on the product. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days for the United States and Canada, 2–5 for Europe, 4–10 for Australia, and 5–10 for other destinations. See Shipping & delivery for details.

How long do I have to return my order?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Review Returns & refunds before sending an item back.

Clean your fixture with a soft damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral soap, then dry it promptly. Avoid abrasive pads, strong chemicals, vinegar, salt, citrus, and metal polish unless the product-specific care guidance says otherwise. Living finishes such as unlacquered brass and antique copper naturally change with use and exposure.
